Training
We can teach you, using your own data, to create highly customized marketing
letters to remind customers of past purchases for specific occasions such as
birthdays, anniversaries and holidays and inviting them to reorder. We will
teach you everything from exporting the data to
manipulating it in a spreadsheet to mail merging and printing the letters and
deciding when to mail. Some level of experience and confidence in using
technology is required for this service. You will need Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Word and a printer, preferably laser, capable of handling standard
letterhead and envelopes and your own stationery.
We will also advise you on better data collection at the time of sale which
allows you to market to more customers and result in cleaner data.
Marketing Services
If you don't want the hassle of exporting, manipulating and merging the data
then our marketing services are just what you're looking for. Our services are
menu based, you choose the level of assistance you require and pay for just that
service. We will create your reminder letters birthday, anniversaries and
holidays for mailing for a full year.

- Envelope stuffing and organizing letters into mailing file, arranged by
mailing date
- Mailing reminder service - a weekly email to remind you to mail your
letters, plus a reminder for each holiday mailing
- Managed mailing services - we maintain a file of your letters and mail
them for you each week
At the end of the project you will have a professionally created, highly
customized marketing letter printed on a laser printer.

Wedding website design services are available, we can provide a customized
solution for you ranging from full service of the site including maintenance or
providing the template layout for those that want to add their own information
and self maintain. This option is particularly great for those with web design
abilities.
